Artist Bio

Y&T - In Rock We Trust - Y&T were one of the 80's defining hard rock acts, with a succession of ballsy, European styled albums to their credit that quickly established the band as major attractions on the gig circuit. 'In Rock We Trust', originally released in 1984, is another of those albums that found great favour with European metal fans. Like 'Earthshaker' and 'Black Tiger' before it, the album mixes great hard rockin', foot stompin' anthems with great melodies, Dave Meniketti's powerful voice belting out the lyrics like his life depended on it!

Y&T - Open Fire - Originally released in 1985, 'Open Fire' was the band's first live album and it contains a number of the band's most explosive tracks, including the romping 'Forever', 'I Believe In You' and the all time classic 'Rescue Me', one of the highlights of the bands magnificent 'Earthshaker' album.

Y&T - Down For The Count - Originally released in 1985, 'Down For The Count' saw a slight mainstreaming of the band's classic hard rock sound. Although possibly more radio friendly, there was still a good smattering of no nonsense rock n' roll on offer, especially album opener 'In The Name Of Rock' and the anthemic 'Don't Tell Me What To Wear'.
